Think back…to warm summer days, swimming pools and playing ball with your camp buddies who still remain your friends all these years later! Remember those sunny days full of Arts & Crafts, camp cheers, Color War and more? There was rock candy, Pow Wow’s, and who can forget the famous leap into the hoop of fire? Wow, and we sure did love our afternoon ice cream breaks and the taste of ice cold “bug juice” on a hot July day! Plus, who could ever forget Pete’s BBQ’s, sleepover nights, diving off the high board and those spirited softball leagues. And, if you were to close your eyes and try to picture your favorite camp counselors, we bet you would see their faces clear as can be.

It all makes one smile—and it was all CAMP—that joyful, youthful, innocent experience like no other that created memories and friendships for a lifetime. It was a rite of passage, a wonderful, proud tradition that has been celebrated here at Pierce for over ninety years.

Welcome back…Welcome home!  We hope that as this alumni section continues to grow, you will reconnect with old friends and re-kindle many fond childhood memories. Please share your old camp photos and many wonderful tales of times gone by here in Roslyn. We hope that in some way, we can regain some of that youthful joy we all shared during our years of summer FUN on the run at Pierce.
