Program Rates Include:

Included in your tuition is something we like to call “The Pierce Difference”. There are a lot of important details that separate our camp from the rest and come included in your tuition:

• Family Owned Bus Transportation - Transportation to and from camp is provided in air conditioned buses owned and operated by our family bus company with the highest safety rating in the state of NY. Other camps rely on third party transportation... not at Pierce!
• Best Staff to Camper Ratio in all of Day Camping – What truly sets Pierce apart, are its people. Pierce has been family owned and operated by the Pierce family for over 100 years and 4 generations of continuous family leadership. Camping is our passion and is reflected in the consistency and commitment of our incredible staff.
• Laundry and Towels - We supply the towels and launder bathing suits daily in our on-site commercial laundry facility. No need for you to be dealing with wet laundry or towels constantly going back and forth between home and camp. We handle it all here!
• Dedicated Indoor Space for Every Camper – While most of camp happens outside, every group here at Pierce has their own dedicated cabin which is something you will not find at other day camps. These cabins give each group a home base where they can store their camp gear, comfortably change for swim, and have indoor space as needed during a passing rain shower or just to relax between activities. For our youngest campers in the 5’s and below, these cabins also have their own attached private bathrooms.
• Lunch and Snacks - Healthy lunch options, drinks, sandwiches, snacks and ice cream/ices are provided on a daily basis to keep our campers well fueled and hydrated! Our air-conditioned dining facilities also provide a chance for our campers to cool down and refresh in the middle of a busy day.
• And much, much more - those are just some of the items that other camps don’t provide or charge extra for that are included in your tuition here at Pierce. More importantly, as you explore more we think you will see “The Pierce Difference” in our staff, program, facilities and everything that we do!

Mini Day Program Option
(Only 3 & 4 year olds only have the option of enrolling in our Mini Day 9 AM – 2 PM program shown below)

Fast Track Program
(campers completed 8th & 9th grades - our version of a CIT program)

Trip Fees: There is an additional fee for our Senior & Super Senior campers (grades 3 through 7) to cover the cost of their trips program. This SCOPE Trip fee is based on the number of weeks enrolled and attendance on the Super Senior Overnight Trip as shown on the camper application.

Pierce Camps Flex Plan: More flexible session and pricing options are available to campers who will be spending a total of 6 weeks or more between Pierce Country Day Camp and our sleepaway camp, Pierce Camp Birchmont.
